Chief Executive Officer
Cam lives in South Central, PA with his wife and three lovely kids. Cam is fiercely passionate about making Ethical Energy a name synonymous with quality, honesty and a hometown feel. He is fueled by the opportunities solar provides, for our team, our clients, and our community. Fun-loving and driven, Cam is just as happy hitting a new PR in the gym as he is sitting around a fire enjoying some quality time with family and friends.
Nate Owens
Chief Revenue Officer
Nate is a dedicated family man who emerged as a leader in the solar industry after successfully helping 500+ clients make the switch to solar energy. As an attentive and caring sales leader, Nate hits his stride helping develop the next generation of energy advisors and leaders here at Ethical. His law enforcement background reflects his commitment to public service, and his love for the outdoors, camping, and hunting adds to his servant leadership approach.
Frank Himes
Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Frank is the mastermind behind the operations and finance departments here at Ethical Energy. An expert of systems and spreadsheets alike, Franks many years of experience building and growing companies give him the competitive edge to keep EE running like a well-oiled machine. He resides in New Hampshire with his wife and their two young daughters. Frank enjoys the strategic nuances of golf and poker, and is an avid college sports enthusiast, particularly when it comes to cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
Kyle Kozlansky
Chief Marketing Officer
Kyle heads up the marketing and tech teams. He is obsessed with making Ethical Energy a household name and in building and maintaining its impeccable reputation. He finds his creative outlet in helping to build many of the systems and software that power the company behind the scenes. When he isn't hanging out with his wife and two kids you'll find him breaking a sweat at the gym or at the pickleball courts.
Jennifer Milkey
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two children. She's been in HR for over ten years of experience in many different industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and wholesale. She is passionate about positive employee engagement and using her knowledge to help the business achieve it's business goals. During free time, she likes to read, watch and learn about movies and cinema, and watch her alma mater, Florida State University.
Levi Horner
Director of Sales Operations
Levi lives in South Central, PA with his Australian cattle dog, Harvey. He is an avid book reader with a passion for astronomy. He made his start in the solar industry 5 years ago as a Solar Consultant and after a couple of years, his proclivity for process refinement and team building led him to a leadership position in Operations.
Zoey Ilić
Director of Field Operations
Zoey resides in South Central, PA with her boyfriend, her dog Mr. Stinky, and cat Wee Stinky. She enjoys brightly lit dinners and short walks on the beach. She also likes kayaking in the Susquehanna River and likes to feed turtles, squirrels, and birds in her back yard. Zoey also has the same birthday as Jay Z.
Sal Mohedin
Director of Marketing
Sal is passionate about delivering results and driving growth; priding himself on staying on the cutting edge of marketing and optimizing conversions. He is a major car and motoring enthusiast and is particular fond of BMWs. But most important to him is fostering meaningful relationships, both in business and with his friends and family. He proudly hails from the great state of New Jersey, where he and his wife both live.
